With nearly nine years of experience in the real estate industry, she has collaborated with agents from multiple Middle Tennessee brokerages, helping them streamline their transactions. She has more than demonstrated her expertise and dedication in her field of work.

Residing in Mt. Juliet, TN, with her husband, three children, and two miniature schnauzers, Tamara enjoys spending time with her family. In her downtime, you can often find her curled up with a good book or enjoying the company of friends.

Mikayla is a Montana native who made the move to Nashville in 2018. She earned her real estate license in 2019 and now works as a Transaction Coordinator at Paper Pushers, where she keeps deals running smoothly and clients happy behind the scenes.
Outside of real estate, Mikayla is a proud dog (and cat…and chicken) mom to Keda, Nash, Jack, and a feathery flock of five. She married her best friend in 2023, and the two enjoy playing pool and tackling the never-ending DIY projects on their Nashville fixer-upper.
When she’s not coordinating contracts or picking out paint swatches, Mikayla can usually be found baking French macarons, brewing the perfect Chemex, or planning her next adventure.
Karen is a proud mom of two girls and two fur babies who loves exploring beaches across the Southeast with her family. With 19 years of experience in the medical field—leading front office operations and managing billing—she has built a career rooted in precision, clear communication, and exceptional client service.
She now brings those same strengths to real estate, staying organized, keeping transactions on track, and helping clients feel confident every step of the way. Whether buying or selling, Karen is dedicated to making the process smooth, informed, and personalized—because finding home should feel just right.
Miranda is our administrative assistant. She is reliable, resourceful, and calm under pressure, she keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. With 6 years of customer service experience as a hair and makeup artist, she brings a personal touch and strong communication skills to every task. Now, as an administrative assistant, she specializes in organization, coordination, and keeping everyone one step ahead (even if her desk occasionally looks like a post-it note convention).
Outside of work, she’s a proud mom of four who loves fitness, outdoor activities, and dancing around the kitchen with her family.
Stephanie Deaver has 6+ years in real estate admin—from agent services to director of ops—she thrives on supporting others through sharp communication and next-level organization. Before real estate, she was an educator, and that heart for helping shows in everything she does.
Off the clock, she’s all about family time with her husband and two boys, road trips, music, antiques, and outdoor fun.
Darci Palm is a dedicated real estate professional with over 20 years of customer service experience and a strong background in both client-facing and behind-the-scenes roles. She began her career in retail management and buying at Nordstrom, later working with brands like UGG, Dr. Martens, and Diesel. After transitioning into real estate in California, she now thrives in Tennessee as a skilled Transaction Coordinator, known for her attention to detail, reliability, and friendly approach.
A California native, Darci lives in Tennessee with her husband and their two sons — and yes, her shoe game is still on point.
Julie Bennett has been a licensed real estate agent for 3 years. In her years as a realtor she was successful in helping her clients to find the home that checked all their boxes. She has built great relationships within her community and is excited to help her fellow realtors build their businesses. Prior to working as a realtor she was a personal assistant for the host of a television show. She’s excited to use her skills from both positions to help fellow agents accomplish their goals. Organization and strong communication are just a few of Julie’s favorite things, making her a perfect fit to be a listing & transaction coordinator.
